Modified on Thu, 3 Oct at 11:14 AM

To register with Symphony as a government user, follow the step-by-step instructions below. (An instructional video on this topic is also available at the bottom of the page).

Symphony includes the following contract vehicle links

GSA   =   ALLIANT 3      ASTRO      OASIS      OASIS PLUS      POLARIS

DHA   =   HEC      MQS-NG      OMNIBUS    (Legacy) MQS

Contract holders and offerors should refer to the Business Registration article.

Step 1. Start Registering

To access Symphony, click the REGISTER NOW link on the sign-in page (see Figure 1). View the direct registration links at the top of this page to ensure the correct Symphony website is being accessed.

Step 2. Enter an Email Address

For government registration, an email address must end with a .gov or .mil domain.

  • Symphony will send a verification email. If it isn't received within a few minutes after registering, the user should check their spam folder (see Figure 2).
  • To re-enter the email address, click the Cancel button.

Step 3. Enter the Validation Code

Copy the validation code from the Symphony email and enter it in the browser to continue.

  • If the Symphony email doesn't arrive, try resending it.
  • Avoid extra spaces in the validation code, it will cause an error.

Step 4. Acknowledge the Checklist

Answer the questions upon receiving the Symphony checklist. (see Figure 3). (See Multi-Factor Authentication for information about the checklist).

Step 6. Enter the Contracting Office Code.

  • Enter the FPDS-code for the Contracting Office; (see Figure 5)

  • Then, select LOOKUP ORGANIZATION.

Step 7. Confirm the Organization

Using the YES button confirms that the information displayed is correct and an organization is authorized to access Symphony. Clicking NO returns the registration to the previous step.

Step 8. Configure the Account and Password

Usernames are email addresses. A first and last name identifying the account owner and a password meeting requirements must be added to the account. Clicking Cancel at this point stops registration.

Step 9. Configure the Multi-Factor Authentication Method

Symphony requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for registration and every sign-in.

Step 10. Registration is Complete

A confirmation page displays after a successful registration. Returning to Symphony's main page enables signing in.
