Editing Your Projects

Modified on Mon, 3 Jun at 7:29 PM

Please follow these instructions to make changes to your projects in your Company Assets in Symphony:

1. Projects/Past Performance in Unsubmitted Proposals

If you want to update a project after using it in a submission, you may need to make changes and verify them in any unsubmitted proposals.

Follow these steps to delete a project document.

  1. Start in your submission's Projects/Past Performance screen (See Figure 1).
  2. Select the Project title to view the summary.
  3. Search for the file (we use the Find function), and locate where a document is referenced.
  4. Return to the previous project screen and click the "Modify" button for the respective project.
  5. Remove or replace the file references for the claims to delete them in My Company, Projects.

  • Your Projects will be displayed in a table format to view, edit, or delete from your asset library.
  • Use the Project’s title as a link for changes and review.
  • You can change documents or project details.

3. Edit the Project

You can edit your projects and make changes to the supporting documents before a submission deadline.

  • Your project documents will be used as a reference to support your claims for your Project Details and the Performance Factors when you add the project to a submission (See Offeror Support)

4. Review and Complete

The information displayed focuses on four areas: General Information, Locations, Teaming, and Past Performance (See Figure 3). Check the project summary and documentation for accuracy. Save your changes.
