The following are some frequently asked questions regarding Symphony registration changes.
How to update your registration
All users should be registered to the SAM.gov UEI and cage code for the company that will be prime for the proposal or that holds the Symphony-managed contract. Please contact us with your email address and provide the correct UEI/Cage for registration and we can move or revoke the account. You need to be registered at the correct link for the Contract Vehicle you need to access so that you can be activated and assigned permissions.
How to change your registration to another company
You cannot access multiple companies with a single login. Your email can only be linked to one company per Contract Vehicle and you can reference How to Access Symphony for more information on the websites available. Please contact us with your email address and provide the correct UEI/Cage for registration and we can move or revoke the account.
How to register for multiple companies
Your email can only be linked to one company. If you need to register for multiple companies on one Symphony website, you must have a unique email for each company, and you should not use a group email address. Security requirements dictate that all users must register and set up their preferred method of Multi-factor Authentication themselves.
