Updating an Account
- For email address changes, register a new account using the appropriate link above. Business administrators can remove the old email address (see Using Symphony’s Administrative Features).
- For organization changes, Submit a Ticket including the email address, the correct UEI and CAGE code, or FPDS code. The account will be updated for the corresponding contract vehicle, and permissions will be adjusted as necessary.
- We can move or revoke the account.
- We can update the account details (i.e. name, phone number, etc).
Note: All business users must be registered with the SAM.gov UEI and CAGE code for the company acting as the prime for a proposal or Symphony-managed contract.
Changing an Organization
Submit a Ticket with the necessary details so we can move or revoke the account:
- Email address
- Correct UEI/CAGE code or FPDS code
An email address can only be associated with one organization per Contract Vehicle.
Working with Multiple Companies
Users must use a unique email address for each company when registering for multiple companies on Symphony.
- Group email addresses are not permitted.
Security protocols require all users to register and configure Multi-factor Authentication.
