Making Changes to Business Factors

Complete these steps to edit Business Factors in your Company Assets in Symphony:

1. Go to Business Factors

Navigate to My Company and select the Business Factors tab for the Prime Entity or the Team Member. 

2. Edit Business Factors

To make changes, please remove the claim (See Figure 1). The Unclaim button unlocks the factor for changes.

• You can make changes to the additional questions.
• You can add or delete documents.

When finished, check the box certifying your claim and save your changes.

• Use the close button to keep a Business Factor unclaimed.
• Updating your Business Factors after submission will not make a difference in submitted proposals (See How Clarifications Work).
