Delete Business Factors in your Company Assets in Symphony by following these steps:
1. Go to Business Factors
Navigate to My Company and select the Business Factors tab (See Figure 1). Business Factors are additional assets you claim for the Prime entity and Symphony automatically adds them to your proposal.
- You can only make changes to unsubmitted proposals.
- Business factors in submitted proposals cannot be unclaimed.

2. Remove Business Factors
If you claim business factors incorrectly, please remove the claim (unclaim) and delete the documents that do not apply (See Figure 2). Use the close button to keep the Business factor unclaimed.
